SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–21 business days

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. COVENANT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
