RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to the nature of our limited-edition pieces, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello.covenant.official@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
EUROPEAN UNION (EU) CUSTOMERS
In accordance with EU consumer rights law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello.covenant.official@gnail.comwith photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
